Doug Perry is a Boise native who has spent more than 30 years helping families, builders, investors, and community members navigate real estate in the Treasure Valley. He founded the Homes in Boise Team in 2002 and continues to lead it as the Founder. Doug has always believed that real estate is not about sales pressure or transactions. It is about relationships.

His philosophy is simple. Build lasting relationships with every client. Doug listens with care, communicates clearly, and never treats anyone like a number. His clients trust him because he is consistent, steady, and genuinely invested in their success and comfort.

Doug has successfully marketed more than 20 new construction developments across the Treasure Valley and maintains strong partnerships with respected builders and land developers. He understands the process deeply and knows how to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for both buyers and sellers.
